I am Gianluca, and when I joined Franke in 2021 as part of the Marketing team I knew I was stepping into an exciting journey. My role has expanded beyond advertising to include strategy, PR, social media, and media planning. Centralizing processes across markets has been crucial in maintaining a strong and consistent brand presence worldwide.

What drives me every day is the ever-changing nature of my job and the thrill of working with a talented team. I thrive on the balance of creativity and analytical thinking, finding great satisfaction in innovating and seeing the real-world impact of our efforts.

I value transparency, diversity and inclusion as well as leading by example. At Franke, I’ve embraced new challenges, taken risks, and made confident decisions, even in uncertain times. One of my proudest moments was the rebranding launch in September 2022, a project that represented two years of dedicated effort and showcased our brand's evolution.
