Integrity first

We foster a compliance culture that is transparent and easily understood. We have developed and implemented a systematic approach to prevent, detect and manage any potential integrity issues. Our compliance management system includes comprehensive measures to ensure that our business activities are always conducted in full compliance with the law and our internal polices and rules. An important aspect of this is educating our suppliers and customers about our compliance principles.

Compliance is a joint task

Compliance only works when everyone contributes. At Franke, we provide different reporting channels for our employees to inform us about potential compliance violations. With the SpeakUp@Franke integrity line, we give our employees a secure and, if desired, anonymous way to raise serious compliance concerns. This communication channel is available around the clock and in many languages, online and by telephone.
