Meet Josef, a 36-year-old sound engineer and record producer. After graduating from the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin, he transformed his passion for music into a profession. From the terrace of his loft apartment in the Mitte district, he loves to gaze out at Berlin’s iconic cityscape and feel inspired. When he’s not coming up with masterful sounds, he loves cooking for his daughter, friends and occasionally his clients.

As a creative in the music industry who frequently works from home, Josef wanted a space that makes him feel inspired and collected. This effortlessly cool loft apartment is everything a Berlin innovator needs: light, airy, stylish and comfortable.

When he’s not busy working, Josef loves to entertain, so the open-plan kitchen was a must. Whether it’s drinks on the terrace or a dinner among friends, he has everything he needs (and more) to wow his guests.
