Meet Natalia working in Switzerland

Natalia literally experienced Franke’s purpose: ‘We transform change into opportunities to shape a better living.’ Franke offered her two incredible opportunities. Initially, she was uncertain, but it turned out to be the perfect career path for her.

I am Natalia, and I started my journey at Franke in February 2019 with a part-time job during my studies working as a financial administrator in Warsaw. Although it was challenging to balance studies and work, the support from my manager kept me motivated. 

During my time at Franke, I was offered two incredible opportunities.
The first was a move to the HR department two years after joining. This role turned out to be the perfect career path for me, despite my initial uncertainty. It allowed me to explore an area that I now love especially when it comes to supporting colleagues and improving processes by simplifying and automating HR systems.  This move was definitely a turning point in my career. 

Two years later, I was offered the opportunity to move to Switzerland and join the Global HR team. Although moving abroad was intimidating, it was a fantastic decision. The experience has been inspiring, pushing me out of my comfort zone. It's challenging, but it also provides immense opportunities for personal and professional growth. It is an experience that has made me who I am today.
