Shahrukh started as a GEC – Graduate and Early Career Starter. What keeps him motivated is the opportunity to work on impactful projects in an environment that nurtures professional and personal growth.

I am Shahrukh and I started at Franke Foodservice Systems in Germany as a SCM Coordinator in April 2022 and have since advanced within the Supply Chain team. My role spans from purchasing, logistics, and warehouse projects, enhancing operational efficiency across multiple departments. I enjoy the collaborative, dynamic environment at Franke that aligns with my passion for optimizing supply chain processes.

One of my most memorable experiences was participating in the Trompeter run in Bad Saeckingen. Wearing the Franke jersey and stepping out of my comfort zone was not only thrilling but also highlighted the importance of community and support - values that I experience every day at Franke.
