Artemis Group expands Management Board and appoints CFO
With Alexander Pieper and Jonas Theiler, two new members will be appointed to the Artemis Group’s Management Board as of April 1, 2023. This will expand the management team to five people. In addition, Martin Klöti will become CFO and member of the Management Board from November 1, 2023.
Alexander Pieper (40) and Jonas Theiler (41) will strengthen the Management Board of the Artemis Group as of April 1, 2023. Within the Group, they will each be in charge of a part of the Artemis Asset Management Group. In addition, Alexander Pieper will be responsible for the Franke Group in the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. Jonas Theiler will continue to be responsible for venture capital, private equity and private participations at Artemis Asset Management Group.
Alexander Pieper is the owner of the Swiss tool manufacturer Kraftwerk Group, where he was CEO for the past six years. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at Franke in various management roles in Switzerland and abroad and has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Artemis Holding AG since 2015. Jonas Theiler joined the Group in January 2021 as Director of Artemis Asset Management. Previously, he spent eleven years with Miller Investment Management in the US and Switzerland and held various positions in public securities, private equity and private real estate investments.
Furthermore, Martin Klöti (50) will become the new CFO of the Artemis Group and member of the Management Board from November 1, 2023. He succeeds Christian Mäder, who as communicated in December 2022 will leave the company as of April 30, 2023. Martin Klöti joins Artemis from the Schweiter Technologies Group, where he held various management positions for over 20 years, since 2014 as CFO. He holds a degree as a certified public accountant and a federal professional certificate for fiduciaries.
